StreamConfigOverrides = Partial<Omit<StreamConfig, "retention" | "subjects" | "description">>

Stream config overrides exposed to users.

Three fields are owned by the transport and excluded here, because setting them would be accepted and then overwritten:

retention follows the kind (Workqueue for events and commands, Limits for broadcast and ordered), and a mismatch is an error rather than a preference.
subjects and description are derived from the service name and the kind, or from subjectPrefix when one is set.

name stays settable: it is how a service binds to an externally provisioned stream.
